VENTUM RACING: 2025 YEAR IN GRAVEL
Posted by sam@ventumracing.com BigCommerce on 16th Dec 2025
2025 marked our tenth anniversary as a company and our fifth year with a gravel bike. We've always stayed at the forefront of innovation, technology, and racing. Our goal is simple: create a bike that's fast, lightweight, responsive, looks damn good, and can win any race.
This year we released our third iteration of the GS1 notching six victories and over 24 podiums, marking one of our most successful years in gravel.
Here are the moments that defined 2025.
SEA OTTER CLASSIC
The season kicked off strong with Cecily Decker taking third at Sea Otter Classic, signaling what would become a breakout year for the "dark horse" turned Grand Prix contender.
UNBOUND: LAUNCHING THE V3 GS1
We launched the most recent GS1 at Unbound, and witnessed Lauren Stephens and Cecily Decker dictate the race from the gun.
Cecily Decker piloted the new bike to second place in one of gravel's most demanding races, proving the platform's capability right out of the gate.
CRUSHER IN THE TUSHAR
Zach Calton returned to Utah's infamous Crusher in the Tushar and took first place at our biggest home race of the season, setting a new personal best on the course. His second win here after 2019.
Lauren Stephens
Lauren Stephens notched more wins this year than any other Ventum athlete on both road and gravel. She's also the undefeated U.S. Gravel National Champion.
Her 2025 results: 1st at Rattle Snake, Foco Fondo, and Gravel Nationals. 2nd at Big Sugar. 3rd at SBT Gravel.
THE SUPPORT
Racing is more than results. It's the moments between start lines and finish lines, the support at feed zones, and the community we build together.
