1. For Orders Shipped and Received

Returns Within 30 Days:

You may return your item for a full refund, including the original shipping costs, within 30 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be issued a partial refund, or denied return and re-shipped to you at Ventum’s discretion.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly suggest that you keep the original packaging, use a trackable shipping service, and purchase shipping insurance. You are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. You may purchase a return shipping label from Ventum; email support@ventumracing.com for more information.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. To return your product, please send an email to support@ventumracing.com and provide your order number.

Refunds: Refunds can take up to 30-days to process, once the returned item has been received by Ventum.

All demo bike sales are final sales.

2. Pre-orders/Orders Not Yet Processed:

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to processing and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to support@ventumracing.com and provide your order number.

Refunds: Refunds for high-value orders can take up to 30-days to process after a cancellation request.

3. International Shipping:

While Ventum offers global shipping for your purchases, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that the destination country allows for the lawful importation of Ventum products. Laws and regulations of the destination country dictate what import taxes, fees, and customs duties are applicable to the purchases. All import taxes, fees, and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient as the importer of record. Ventum cannot foresee when purchases will be subject to additional customs clearance requirements, and cannot affect how they will be applied. Additional customs clearance requirements may extend the delivery date past the original estimate. Please contact the customs officials of the destination country for more information on their policies.

4. Local pickup at Ventum HQ in Utah

We do allow for free in-person pickups at Ventum headquarters in Heber City, UT. Please email support@ventumracing.com before placing an order online to arrange and schedule a local pickup. Local pickup is limited to normal business hours, and not available during weekends or holidays.

No matter the build, any bike we send out into the world is first built, checked, and thoroughly tuned by a professional mechanic. With a bill of good health, it’s then repackaged into a specially-made ride-ready box designed to transport the bike to the rider with as little disassembly as possible. In the end, all you need to do is attach the front wheel, insert the seat post, and dial in your fit.

VENTUM ES1-G ELECTRIC GRAVEL BIKE FEATURES

SHIMANO EP801 E-BIKE DRIVE SYSTEM

Making 250w of power and 85Nm of torque, the Shimano EP801 e-bike drive system is a best-in-class motor and battery designed to give the ES1-G a powerful, smooth, and intuitive ride feeling.

Equipped with a 504Wh removable battery, the ES1-G’s drive system has ample range for nearly any adventure you can cook up.

With three power modes — Walk, Eco, Trail, and Boost — you can choose how much assist the motor gives — from feeling like a gentle tailwind to a torquey kick to get over something steep.

CLASS 3 SPEED: UP TO 28MPH

The ES1-G is a Class 3 e-bike, meaning its 250w motor will provide pedal assistance up to 28mph. It’s more than enough oomph to hang with the local group ride, keep with traffic, or just cover ground exceptionally quick.

It’s also fun. You can’t really argue with a little speed.

GO ANYWHERE, RIDE ANYTHING

The motor is light at just 2.7 kg — helping keep the total weight of the bike notably light — and paired with the Shimano XT Di2 rear derailleur and Ultegra Di2 shifters, is capable of Auto Shift and Free Shift functionality; meaning the bike will intuitively shift through the gear range for you or you can be totally in control.

Tire clearance to 700x50c and ample rack mounts placed all over the frame means you can equip the ES1-G to go just about anywhere. It’s our ride anything, anywhere, any time, electric gravel bike.

For Standard shipping in the continental US, Ventum uses a custom, oversized bike box and the bike will arrive 98% assembled. You simply need to install the wheels and seatpost and you’ll be ready to ride. A torque wrench is required.

For bikes shipped outside of the continental US, the bike will arrive 85% assembled. Upon delivery, you will need to install the wheels, seatpost, and the stem onto the steerer tube.

Financing & Trade-Ups

Submit your bike directly to The Pro’s Closet, and share their offer with support@ventumracing.com. The trade-up value will be deducted from your order total. We’ll need to email you a custom invoice, so don’t order online before speaking with Ventum Support. The trade-up bike will need to be shipped to The Pro’s Closet within 2 weeks–we supply the shipping label.

NS1 and Ventum One Disc builds will be set up tubeless when upgraded to carbon wheelsets. Alloy wheels are setup with inner tubes and clincher tires.

All GS1 builds will be set up tubeless regardless of the wheelset.
