Ventum stands behind the quality our bikes, engineering, and all of our products. Each item is meticulously desined in-house by our team of passionate riders. Our goal is to elevate your experience and to deliver products that can withstand all normal rugged wear and tear that comes with competing in a triathlon, riding a crit series, or enjoying a long gravel road to nowhere.

Ordering, Shipping, Warranty, & Returns

Your Ventum is built specifically to your order. As such, lead time varies depending on the build specs and component availability. Please reach out to support@ventumracing.com for more information.

Ventum partners with Kitzuma to provide shipping for fully-assembled bikes that are hand-delivered via prior coordination between you and Kitzuma.

&nbsp

For Standard shipping in the continental US, Ventum uses a custom, oversized bike box and the bike will arrive 98% assembled. You simply need to install the wheels and seatpost and you’ll be ready to ride. Torque wrench is required.

For bikes shipped outside of the continental US, the bike will arrive 85% assembled. Upon delivery, you will need to install the wheels, seatpost, and the stem onto the steerer tube.

Financing & Trade-Ups

Ventum is partnered with The Pro's Closet for trade-ups. If you're interested in trading-in your current bike to receive a discount on a new Ventum, please follow these steps:

1. Do not place an order on our site until Ventum Support has arranged a trade-up assessment of your current bike with The Pro's Closet.

2. Email support@ventumracing.com the following:

  • Make, model, size, and approximate year of your current bike or frameset*.
  • Hi-resolution profile photos of the bike's drive-side and non-drive-side.
  • The bike's serial number.
  • List any upgrades made from the stock build, and whether those will be included on the trade-in bike.

3. We'll submit your bike to The Pro's Closet for a trade-up valuation, and share their offer with you. You can also submit your bike directly on The Pro's Closet's website, and share that offer with support@ventumracing.com

4. If The Pro's Closet makes an offer on your bike and you'd like to proceed, we'll email you a custom invoice for your new Ventum, and discount the order total by the trade-up value.

5. Your trade-up bike will need to be boxed and shipped directly to The Pro's Closet within two weeks. A shipping label will be emailed to you within a day or two.

*The trade-up bikes or framesets must be located in the continental United States. We cannot accept a trade-up outside of the lower 48.

Yes, we offer financing through Klarna for most customers in the USA.

General Product Information

Ventum One Disc - 28mm max (700x28C)

NS1 - Tires measuring up to 30mm in width (700x30C)

GS1 - Tires measuring up to 42mm in width (700x42C) *The GS1 can run 650b wheels, with tires measuring up to 48mm in width)

NS1 and Ventum One Disc builds will be set up tubeless when upgraded to carbon wheelsets, and shipped fully assembled.

All GS1 builds will be set up tubeless with any wheelset when shipped fully assembled, regardless of the wheelset.

Ventum typically does not install tubeless sealant in the tires when the bike is shipped in a box, but does include two small bottles of sealant.

The NS1 and Ventum One Disc, when paired with our alloy wheelsets, will be set up with clincher tires and inner tubes.

 
 

vENTUM bICYCLE WARRANTY

We offer a lifetime warranty on our frame, fork, and seatpost to the original owner which covers against defects in materials and workmanship. All bike purchases need to be registered within 30 days of receipt of purchase to activate the warranty plan. All components are covered by Ventum within 30 days of receipt of the bike. After 30 days, components are covered by the manufacturers' own warranties. All paints and decals are covered for one year from the date of purchase and does not include normal wear and tear.

What Isn't Covered

The Ventum warranty does not cover issues that arise frm the following:

  • Incorrect assembly after receipt of delivery
  • Incorrect or poor maintenance
  • Accessories and parts that are installed on the bike but are not intended for use with the bike
  • Accidents, neglect, misuse, or modification to the frame
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modification to the frame or materials
  • UV damage, corrosion, or the use of incorrect cleaning products

Crash Replacement

In the event of an accident we offer a crash replacement at a significantly reduced rate to get you back out and riding again. This replacement is for damage that occurs to the frame during riding and does not include cosmetic damage. This offer is valid for up to 5 years and is only available to the original owner, with proof of purchase.

International Shipping

While Ventum offers global shipping for your purchases, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that the destination country allows for the lawful importation of Ventum products. Laws and regulations of the destination country dictate what import taxes, fees, and customs duties are applicable to the purchases. All import taxes, fees, and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient as the importer of record. Ventum cannot foresee when purchases will be subject to additional customs clearance requirements, and cannot affect how they will be applied. Additional customs clearance requirements may extend the delivery date past the original estimate. Please contact the customs officials of the destination country for more information on their policies.

Returns After 30 Days

Ventum does not accept returns after 30 days from the date the item was received. If you received your order more than 30 days ago, and would like further assistance, please send an email to support@ventumracing.com and provide the following information:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, because you are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. All demo bike sales are final sales. All cycling and triathlon apparel purchased at a discount or on sale are final sale items and non refundable. These items can be exchanged but must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. All items sent back must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Proceed to checkout and then select the “Klarna – Pay over time” if you’re in the United States. Fill in some basic information to find out if you are eligible for financing. If so, you can select your payment option to finance your new Ventum. Once you complete your purchase, our financing partner will email you all the details. Klarna is an independent bank that checks credit histories, and does not approve everyone for financing. For questions about your application or finance terms should be directed directly to Klarna support.
