1. For Orders Shipped and Received

Returns Within 30 Days:

You may return your item for a full refund, including the original shipping costs, within 30 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be issued a partial refund, or denied return and re-shipped to you at Ventum’s discretion.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly suggest that you keep the original packaging, use a trackable shipping service, and purchase shipping insurance. You are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. You may purchase a return shipping label from Ventum; email support@ventumracing.com for more information.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. To return your product, please send an email to support@ventumracing.com and provide your order number.

All demo bike sales are final sales.

2. Pre-orders/Orders Not Yet Processed:

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to processing and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to support@ventumracing.com and provide your order number.

Refunds: Refunds for high-value orders can take up to 30-days to process after a cancellation request.

3. International Shipping:

While Ventum offers global shipping for your purchases, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that the destination country allows for the lawful importation of Ventum products. Laws and regulations of the destination country dictate what import taxes, fees, and customs duties are applicable to the purchases. All import taxes, fees, and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient as the importer of record. Ventum cannot foresee when purchases will be subject to additional customs clearance requirements, and cannot affect how they will be applied. Additional customs clearance requirements may extend the delivery date past the original estimate. Please contact the customs officials of the destination country for more information on their policies.

4. Local pickup at Ventum HQ in Utah

We do allow for free in-person pickups at Ventum headquarters in Heber City, UT. Please email support@ventumracing.com before placing an order online to arrange and schedule a local pickup. Local pickup is limited to normal business hours, and not available during weekends or holidays.

ABOUT THE NS1 ROAD BIKE

An all-rounder with aerodynamic elements, a lightweight all-carbon frame, and beautiful styling, the NS1 is a bike in balance. Its super power is its handling: Our engineering team leaned on their collective decades of experience in carbon fiber design to carefully craft the carbon layup of the NS1 — creating a frame that’s remarkably lively yet confidence-inspiring at high speed.

The geometry is aggressive: Low and long for riders looking to get their torsos out of the wind and for an aggressive pedaling position. The frame also features a Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) for ease of replacement and compatibility with SRAM’s direct mount system. In the name of versatility, we also gave the NS1 tire clearance up to 700x35c. Its handling, stability, and larger-than-average tire clearance means it's at home anywhere from smooth ribbons of tarmac to friendlier gravel.

Each Ventum bike begins life at our facility in Heber City, Utah, at the doorstep of some of the best riding this side of… anywhere.

No matter the build, any bike we send out into the world is first built, checked, and thoroughly tuned by a professional mechanic. With a bill of good health, it’s then repackaged into a specially-made ride-ready box designed to transport the bike to the rider with as little disassembly as possible. In the end, all you need to do is attach the front wheel, insert the seat post, and dial in your fit.

We built the NS1 with the belief that you can have the perfect do-it-all road bike.

You can race it, train on it, climb high, corner hard, and go long. It’ll do anything you want very, very well. It’s our expression of what every road bike should be.

The bike is designed to be stiff, but compliant in all the right places; light, but still aerodynamic; aggressive, but forgiving. You’ll know it when you feel it, the NS1 is the perfect one-and-done road bike.

STIFF, LIGHT, CONFIDENTLY QUICK

Our engineering team set out to strike a balance between weight, handling, stiffness, and aerodynamics; because, despite what some may tell you, the best bike is a game of balance.

We leaned on a collective decades of experience in designing carbon fiber bicycles to refine the NS1’s layup, strategically stiffening some areas while shaving weight and adding forgiveness elsewhere. The result is our expression of what a modern road bike should be — simple, fast, and well rounded.

TIRE CLEARANCE TO 700x35c

The NS1 can accommodate tires up to 700x35c, giving you ample options for tires that are more aero, more forgiving, and more versatile.

Among our pros, the NS1’s additional tire clearance has even made it a choice option for mixed-surface races like the Belgian Waffle Ride. Put a pair of file tread 35c tires on, and you’ve got a bike that’s light and nimble on pavement and more than capable on dirt.

For Standard shipping in the continental US, Ventum uses a custom, oversized bike box and the bike will arrive 98% assembled. You simply need to install the wheels and seatpost and you’ll be ready to ride. A torque wrench is required.

For bikes shipped outside of the continental US, the bike will arrive 85% assembled. Upon delivery, you will need to install the wheels, seatpost, and the stem onto the steerer tube.

Financing & Trade-Ups

Submit your bike directly to The Pro’s Closet, and share their offer with support@ventumracing.com. The trade-up value will be deducted from your order total. We’ll need to email you a custom invoice, so don’t order online before speaking with Ventum Support. The trade-up bike will need to be shipped to The Pro’s Closet within 2 weeks–we supply the shipping label.

GS1 - Tires measuring up to 48mm in width (700x48C) *The GS1 can run 650b wheels, with tires measuring up to 51 mm in width

NS1 and Ventum One Disc builds will be set up tubeless when upgraded to carbon wheelsets. Alloy wheels are setup with inner tubes and clincher tires.

All GS1 builds will be set up tubeless regardless of the wheelset.
