1. For Orders Shipped and Received
Returns Within 30 Days:
You may return your item for a full refund, including the original shipping costs, within 30 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be issued a partial refund, or denied return and re-shipped to you at Ventum’s discretion.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly suggest that you keep the original packaging, use a trackable shipping service, and purchase shipping insurance. You are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. You may purchase a return shipping label from Ventum; email

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. To return your product, please send an email to
support@ventumracing.com and provide your order number.
Refunds: Refunds can take up to 30-days to process, once the returned item has been received by Ventum.
All demo bike sales are final sales.
2. Pre-orders/Orders Not Yet Processed:
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to processing and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to
support@ventumracing.com and provide your order number.
Refunds: Refunds for high-value orders can take up to 30-days to process after a cancellation request.
3. International Shipping:
While Ventum offers global shipping for your purchases, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that the destination country allows for the lawful importation of Ventum products. Laws and regulations of the destination country dictate what import taxes, fees, and customs duties are applicable to the purchases. All import taxes, fees, and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient as the importer of record. Ventum cannot foresee when purchases will be subject to additional customs clearance requirements, and cannot affect how they will be applied. Additional customs clearance requirements may extend the delivery date past the original estimate. Please contact the customs officials of the destination country for more information on their policies.

4. Local pickup at Ventum HQ in Utah
We do allow for free in-person pickups at Ventum headquarters in Heber City, UT. Please email
support@ventumracing.com before placing an order online to arrange and schedule a local pickup. Local pickup is limited to normal business hours, and not available during weekends or holidays.
