Ventum began with the premise of creating not only the best bikes available, but to provide a degree of customer service unparalleled in the cycling industry.

Customers are also given power over their fit and component choices. Just as if they were ordering off the Ventum website, retailers will be able to customize a customer’s bike to fit their specific sizing and component needs — ranging from groupset and wheels to bar width and stem length.

Internally, we strive every day to think of Ventum as a customer service company that happens to sell world class bikes. Of course we obsess over every detail in the pursuit of designing world-class bicycles, but ultimately our goal is to ensure a customer’s entire experience is exceptional — from the purchasing journey to how the bike feels on its first ride out in the wild.
