Ventum x TheMove Tour Trivia Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

 
1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Ventum LLC (“Ventum”), located at 2775 U.S. Hwy 40, Heber City, UT 84032.

 
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Ventum, WEDŪ Media, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

 
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM MST on July 5, 2025, and ends at 5:00 PM MST on July 26, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). New trivia questions will be released daily following each episode of TheMove podcast during the 2025 Tour de France.

Entries for each daily trivia question must be received by 5:00 PM MST on the day following its release to be eligible for that day’s stage prize.

 
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit www.ventumracing.com/themove and complete the entry form, including your email address and correct answer(s) to that day’s trivia question(s).

Limit one (1) entry per person per day.
Each correctly answered trivia question during the Sweepstakes Period earns one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing.
Only entries with correctly answered trivia questions will be eligible for prize consideration.
Multiple entries on the same day or the use of multiple identities, email addresses, or devices to gain additional entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification at Ventum’s sole discretion.
 
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (1): One (1) $5,000 store credit redeemable at www.ventumracing.com. Store credit must be used toward the purchase of a complete bicycle. Credit must be redeemed in a single transaction and may not be applied to previous purchases, taxes, shipping, or non-bike products. No cash value. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,000.

Stage Prizes (Multiple): Ventum may award additional prizes throughout the Sweepstakes Period tied to specific Tour stages. Prizes may include Ventum gear, apparel, or accessories. ARVs and prize descriptions will be shared in conjunction with each day’s trivia question.

 
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries with correct answers received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on July 27, 2025, and the winner will be announced on-air during TheMove podcast.

In addition to the on-air announcement, the winner will be notified via email within 72 hours of the drawing. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their email is active and monitored. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, is deemed ineligible, or fails to complete any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

 
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of correct, eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds for stage prizes vary by day.

 
8. General Conditions
Ventum reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other issue corrupts the administration or fairness of the Sweepstakes. Ventum may disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering or violating these Official Rules.

 
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ventum, WEDŪ Media, and their affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize.

 
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Ventum to use winners’ names, likenesses, and cities/states for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 
11. Winner List
To request the name of the winner(s), email [insert contact email] with “Tour Trivia Winner List Request” in the subject line after August 1, 2025.

 
12. Privacy
By entering, participants agree to Ventum’s collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and for receiving promotional communications, in accordance with Ventum’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes. Participants may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

 
13. Governing Law and Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court located in Utah.
