While Ventum offers global shipping for your purchases, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that the destination country allows for the lawful importation of Ventum products. Laws and regulations of the destination country dictate what import taxes, fees, and customs duties are applicable to the purchases. All import taxes, fees, and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient as the importer of record. Ventum cannot foresee when purchases will be subject to additional customs clearance requirements, and cannot affect how they will be applied. Additional customs clearance requirements may extend the delivery date past the original estimate. Please contact the customs officials of the destination country for more information on their policies.

If you don’t absolutely love your new Ventum within 30 days of purchase, you can return it to us and we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked!

Our customer experience team is here to answer any questions you have at every step of the way. Seasoned mechanics build and test every bike at our headquarters in Utah before shipping, giving you the peace of mind that your Ventum is ready to go out of the box.

Submit a return request to Support@Ventumracing.com with your order # and our support team will respond to your request.
Send your order directly back to Ventum Headquarters: 2775 S US40 Heber City, Utah 84032 using the Ventum box it came in.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process a return after it arrives at our headquarters.You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and processed.

Your Ventum concierge will coordinate with you to finalize your order. We’ll make arrangements for you to receive your new Ventum bike and ship your old bike to The Pro’s Closet.

Once you complete your purchase, our financing partner will email you all the details.
