While Ventum offers global shipping for your purchases, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that the destination country allows for the lawful importation of Ventum products. Laws and regulations of the destination country dictate what import taxes, fees, and customs duties are applicable to the purchases. All import taxes, fees, and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient as the importer of record. Ventum cannot foresee when purchases will be subject to additional customs clearance requirements, and cannot affect how they will be applied. Additional customs clearance requirements may extend the delivery date past the original estimate. Please contact the customs officials of the destination country for more information on their policies.


You may cancel your order for any reason prior to processing and receive a full refund (a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment). If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to suppo[email protected] and provide the following information:

Once we ship your order, you may no longer cancel the order; you must then wait until you receive your order, and which point you may request a return.



You may return your item for a full refund, including the original shipping costs, within 30 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be issued a partial refund, or denied return and re-shipped to you at Ventum’s discretion. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, because you are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. All demo bike sales are final sales. All cycling and triathlon apparel purchased at a discount or on sale are final sale items and non refundable. These items can be exchanged but must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. All items sent back must be unworn and in their original packaging.  


Ventum does not accept returns after 30 days from the date the item was received. If you received your order more than 30 days ago, and would like further assistance, please send an email to [email protected] and provide the following information:

  • Online pre-booking of demo rides is mandatory. Phone bookings will not be accepted
  • Demo rides will be limited to a maximum of 5 participants / session (including the Ventum representative)
  • Only those taking part in the demo ride may attend (no spectators)
  • Demo rides will be a maximum of 1 hour
  • All participants and the VENTUM representative will be temperature-checked on arrival
  • Participants may not take part in a demo ride if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms
  • Face masks and gloves are mandatory for participants and the VENTUM representative, pre, during and post the demo ride. Face masks must cover the nose and mouth, with straps secured around the ears
  • Social distancing of 2 meters must be maintained at all times pre, during and post the demo ride by all participants and the VENTUM representative
  • Strictly no overcrowding and congregating before or after the demo ride
  • Each bicycle will be fully sanitized before and after each demo ride
  • Hand sanitizer will be available for all participants and the VENTUM representative
  • Mandatory isolation zones will be provisioned to host suspected cases until transition to Dubai Health Authority for further checks wherever applicable
  • Participants must bring their own apparel, water bottle etc. and may not share apparel or equipment with others
