Bio: Hailing from Lincoln, Nebraska John Borstelmann has become a man to reckon with. Home-grown and corn-fed, John has proven that he's one of the top Gravel racers in the world winning Gravel Worlds in 2019, 2021, and finishing 2nd in 2022, John has emerged as the hometown hero. John has contested podiums at several of the most grueling single-day races in the United States, such as the Dirty Kanza 200-mile and the Mid-South Gravel 100-mile.
Off the bike, John is a bartender and restaurant server by trade, as well as an avid saxophonist and amateur bike mechanic, and outdoor enthusiast.
