IRONMAN™ World Championship Wrap-up | The Ventum NS1 | Rear Hydration Cage Mount

Nov 16, 2018

A sincere thank you, from all of us here at Ventum.

We want to thank everyone who joined us this year at the IRONMAN™ World Championship in Kailua-Kona. The community and presence was, once again, absolutely amazing. We hosted our fourth annual group ride where there equal parts new faces and long time supporters. Thank you to everyone who continue to support the Ventum brand.

The energy at the IRONMAN™ World Championship in Kailua-Kona, especially the finish line, is an emotional and inspiring atmosphere. Every athlete’s story and long journey comes to fruition as they become an IRONMAN™, and the spectators are privileged to see each story unfold. Here are a few of our favorite photos from the finish line.

The Ventum NS1
Having launched our first bike in Kona in 2015, it is a special place for Ventum. This is why we decided to unveil our latest project; the NS1, our flagship road racing bike at this year’s IRONMAN™ World Championship in Kailua-Kona. We set out to design a bike that shatters the notion that a road bike can be either lightweight or aerodynamic. Every element of the Ventum NS1 has been optimized for maximum aerodynamic performance. And yet, fully-configured, the NS1 weighs just 14.9 pounds. Any lighter and it would be illegal to race. Clink the link to find out more or to reserve yours today:

The Rear Bottle Cage Mount
In addition to the launch of the road bike, we introduced a new product; the Ventum Rear Bottle Cage Mount. The Ventum Rear Bottle Cage Mount replaces the aluminum insert inside the seatpost with a more adjustable and sturdy mount. Unlike other mounts, the new rail goes the full length of the seatpost to prevent the bracket from flexing and possibly ejecting bottles. It is made from titanium to be as stiff and lightweight as possible and is combined with an all carbon fiber Arundel Mandible cage. The adjustable mount allows riders to set their preferred distance of reach. Setup is easy, the only tools needed are 4mm and 5mm Allen keys. Click the link to find out more:
